Download SOAR for Windows
The desktop app is where your CRM, help desk, and agents live. Install it on any Windows PC and sign in with the account you already set up.
Download SOARWindows will warn you the first time
You will see a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen. Click More info, then Run anyway. This is expected — it appears because our installer is not yet certificate-signed, not because anything is wrong with the file.

Run the installer. It takes about a minute and needs no admin rights.

Sign in with your work email and the password you chose.

Set up two-factor authentication with an authenticator app — 1Password, Authy, or Google Authenticator. This is required on every account, so have your phone handy.
SOAR updates itself from then on, so this is the only time you need this page.
